Please note:

• Our studio will be closed from the 21^st of December 2024 to the 6^th January 2025.
• Any orders placed after the 20^th of December 2024 will be shipped the w/c 6^th of January.
• Any items returned will be processed the w/c the 6^th of January.
•  Any items returned between these dates will be exempt from our regular 28 days from purchase returns policy due to closures.
• If you would like to return an item, please mail your returns parcel to the address below.

At Twisted Wunder we hope that you are happy with your order but do understand that there are instances where you will need to return something to us. Returns are accepted within 28 days of the purchase date.

We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, we only accept exchanges on sale items within 28 days of the purchase date. 

Black Friday sale - We accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any jewellery products.
